As the days count down to the official start of Arctic Thunder Open House 2018 Anchorage, the ATOH planning team is working overtime ensuring the smallest of details are tended to for what will be an amazing event. This year, they have brought together an assortment of static displays ranging from the workhorses of Alaska’s skys to today’s most exotic high performance fighter aircraft. Two of the most notable making their Arctic Thunder Open House début are the MQ-9 Reaper (unmanned aerial vehicle) and the United States Air Force’s latest fifth-generation combat aircraft, the F-35 Lighting II.
