UPDATESArctic Thunder Open House 2016 Has Concluded. ATOH outbound traffic will be allowed to exit through the Boniface and Ft. Richardson gates. DOD ID card holders needing to access the installation are advised to use the Muldoon or Government Hill gates. The Boniface and Ft. Richardson gates will reopen for inbound traffic to DOD ID card holders at some point Sunday evening once all ATOH traffic has been cleared.
